Chris had been working away from home a lot. He missed his daughter walking, laughing and talking for the first time. We founded Firstbase from the belief that everyone should have more time with the people they care about most, all while doing their best work.
Nothing will deliver a higher quality of life increase in the next decade than remote work. Workers will have more autonomy and trust to decide their work schedule. They will be able to operate when they are most productive rather than a fixed day.
